3. Transaction management

  • Advice on the received offers: type of PPI, transaction equirements, export procedure, de-registration
  • Drafting of the Letter of Intent (LoI)
  • Drafting of the Aircraft Purchase Agreement (APA) in cooperation with the elected attorney
