Entrepreneur, Engineer and Pilot, Olivier fell into aircraft sales straight after his studies. His pragmatic approach and technical knowledge quickly led to recognition as one of the most reliable aircraft brokers in Europe. He founded 88K in 2015 to concretize his vision of what aircraft transactions should resemble: client-oriented, meticulous and efficient. Since then, Olivier has closed more than 50 transactions, creating as many satisfied and returning clients, who now see 88K as their partner in aviation. Olivier is type rated on the Cheyenne II and regularly flies acrobaticly in his Bücker Jungmann when not in his SR22. He graduated from ETH Zürich with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and is fluent in French, German and English.

Aerospace Engineer with a sales acumen, Alexis directs his energy toward aircraft sales and acquisition activities. Navigating the intersection of aviation and technology, he likes to refine processes to make 88K the most efficient brokerage firm clients might come across. In his previous role at Sabena Technics, Alexis sharpened his technical and sales expertise by working the initial phases of major commercial leasing ventures for top-tier companies. His technical leadership later elevated him to lead the digital transformation of a 150-person department. Holding a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from CNAM and ISAE Supaero, Alexis further completed his credentials with a Master's in International Project Management from l'Ecole Polytechnique and ESSEC Business School. Proficient in French and English, he's progressively adding German to his linguistic repertoire.

Aviation professional, pilot and award-winning journalist, Stephen leads 88K’s sales and acquisition activities in North America. With decades of experience flying, evaluating and writing about aircraft for leading aviation publications, he brings a rare combination of technical understanding, market insight and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.  
Before joining 88K, Stephen held senior editorial roles at Flying, Business Jet Traveler, Aviation International News and many other aviation publications, where he flew and reported on dozens of aircraft types ranging from classic taildraggers and owner-flown piston aircraft to turboprops and business jets. His work gave him deep access to manufacturers, operators, brokers, pilots and aircraft owners across the aviation industry.  
His background also includes aircraft sales experience representing both manufacturers and private clients. A commercial pilot with multi-engine, instrument and seaplane ratings, Stephen combines practical flying experience with a clear understanding of aircraft ownership, value and mission fit. Based in the U.S., he helps clients navigate aircraft acquisitions and sales with clarity, confidence and a true pilot’s perspective.

Real estate professional with a lifelong passion for aviation, Frédéric advises on aircraft transactions through in-depth market research and valuation expertise.

Before joining the team, he studied Real Estate Business and gained hands-on experience in Germany, contributing to various real estate valuation projects. He later joined a private bank in Luxembourg, where he further broadened his expertise from a financial perspective.

Having earned his PPL, he now combines his love of flying with a growing understanding of aircraft as assets.

Fluent in German and English, and conversational in French, he helps ensure that 88K stays ahead of market trends and delivers distinct value to its clients.

Business aviation professional with a strong background in market research and client support, Holly advises on aircraft transactions through valuation analysis, market insight, and industry research. Before joining 88K, Holly worked closely alongside brokers and leadership supporting aircraft acquisitions and sales, client reporting, and operational coordination. Her experience also includes developing internal processes and research-driven tools aimed at improving efficiency, market visibility, and overall client experience. Now based in the U.S. as part of the 88K team, Holly combines an operational foundation with a growing focus on aircraft sales and business development.
